in collaboration with Meta4 Dance Company
We are collaborating with Meta4 Dance Company on Tranquil: a package of community workshops and performances, themed around nature and wellbeing, specifically designed for Rural Touring
Tranquil provides communities who may be isolated due to age or rural location with the opportunity to engage in high quality contemporary dance
The package
Participants will take part in two movement workshops; one inspired by Meta4’s work Confluence, and one inspired by Blue Mind.
There will then be a break for refreshments, followed by a double bill performance of both works
